NSM Opens Location in Billings

October 24, 2012 by Laurie Watanabe

National Seating & Mobility (NSM) has opened a new location in Billings, Mont., with a familiar face at the helm.

Will Olstad, ATP, CRTS, worked for NSM from 1996 to 2006. He ended his tenure with the complex rehab technology provider when he, his wife, Christina, and their children moved to Montana to be closer to their extended family.

“As luck would have it, I was able to reunite with NSM in August of 2012 and open a new office in Billings,” Olstad says. “I look forward to being part of the NSM team again. We share the same passion.”

Olstad referenced the rewards of working with people in explaining why he’s remained in the complex rehab technology industry for more than two decades.

“Without a doubt, I love the hands-on approach with my clients,” he says. “I enjoy the day-to-day interactions, starting with their initial evaluation and throughout the process to fitting and delivery of their customized equipment.

“A happy client comes in many forms. My highest motivator comes from seeing clients and parents show their appreciation with a big smile or tears of joy!”

Olstad also works with Hope Haven International Ministries, a non-profit organization that provides used wheelchairs and rehab equipment to consumers in developing nations.
