Numotion ALLY Program Launched to Support Catheter Users of All Ages
The “inclusive and empowering initiative” offers resources, education and a community of peers.

August 6, 2025 by Laurie Watanabe

Numotion Medical Supply has launched a program specifically designed to educate and support catheter users and their families.

The new ALLY program is “an inclusive and empowering initiative designed to support individuals who use catheters in managing their bladder health,” the provider said in an Aug. 5 press release. “Whether navigating a new diagnosis or living with a condition for years, ALLY offers vital resources, education and connection all in one place.”

Content, Numotion said, would come from a variety of sources, including wheelchair users, medical supply educators, and Numotion Medical Supply account managers, to ensure “that resources are not only clinically sound, but also deeply relatable and grounded in lived experience.”

The multimedia program will include the ALLY podcast, with “real stories and authentic conversations about living with catheterization and related health issues.” Monthly webinars will offer practical guidance and news about product innovations, plus live Q&A sessions. Downloadable tools and guides will be available as convenient resources, and an upcoming virtual peer community will enable members to “connect, share experiences, and build relationships.”

A first look at the ALLY site invites visitors to register or log in as a customer or a clinician. Instructional articles are available in the categories of male catheter users, female catheter users, pediatric male catheter users, or pediatric female catheter users, with Spanish-language versions available for the adult instructional articles. The popular articles section includes resources on teaching self-catheterization to children; traveling with medical supplies; and steps to better bladder health, while stories from real-life customers teach and inspire.

“Our customers are looking for more than just supplies,” said Amber Foster, vice president of sales at Numotion Medical Supply. “They want trusted information, relatable stories and connection. The ALLY Program was designed to meet those needs by creating a space that truly supports the whole person.”

“At Numotion, we believe community is a powerful part of care,” added Neill Rowland, senior vice president of Numotion Medical Supply. “ALLY represents our commitment to walking alongside our customers with empathy, guidance, and resources that can make a real difference in their lives.”
