Numotion Announces In-Person & Virtual Educational Opportunities

July 19, 2023 by Laurie Watanabe

Numotion has announced a roster of upcoming educational opportunities for seating and wheeled mobility professionals in the second half of 2023.

In a July 17 news announcement, Numotion said its events, workshops and courses “help further clinician and ATP education on adult and pediatric mobility, medical supplies, healthcare, insurance, and seating and positioning.”

Numotion will conduct six in-person NuFair events, with “top industry speakers” to “provide the education needed to succeed in the provision of Complex Rehab Technology,” the announcement noted. Each event will include multiple educational tracks for attendees to choose from. Each NuFair also features a manufacturer expo hall.

NuFairs are scheduled for Atlanta (July 28); Seattle (Aug. 8); Portland, Ore. (Aug. 10); Chicago (Sept. 18); St. Louis (Oct. 12); and Denver (Nov. 7). The events are accredited for continuing education units (CEUs) by IACET, the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), and Redefine Health Education (which approves CEUs for physical therapists and physical therapy assistants in more than 40 states). Numotion is also hosting hour-long educational Webinars that are CEU accredited by IACET, AOTA, and Redefine Health Education. Webinars are free to attend and will be available to view on demand after the live presentations.

And the announcement included a list of courses available on demand and designed for ATPs and clinicians.
