Numotion has announced that Jennie D. Hanson has joined the national complex rehab technology providership as its new chief strategy officer.

Numotion CEO Mike Swinford said of Hanson’s appointment, “Jennie is a dynamic business leader with over two decades of global healthcare leadership experience and extensive strategic expertise. With her impressive track record of innovative thinking and building businesses, Jennie brings a unique leadership skill set that will ultimately benefit our customers and our business. I’m very excited to have Jennie on the Numotion team.”

Mark Miller, Numotion’s VP of marketing & strategic partnerships, told Mobility Management that Hanson will be “responsible for Numotion’s strategic growth, which includes planning, marketing, product management and enabling company-wide coordination of advocacy, charity, outreach, public relations and government relations strategies.”

Hanson’s most recent tenure was as principle partner at The Physician Leadership Institute, headquartered in Tampa, Fla. Prior to that, Hanson spent more than 25 years at West Corp. and GE in executive domestic and international P&L leadership positions.

“I am very excited to join Numotion,” Hanson said in the news announcement. “Every day, Numotion enables people to be mobile and independent. It is healthcare at its best, and I am thrilled to be part of this organization.”
