Permobil will continue to distribute Vicair wheelchair cushions, thanks to a recently renewed agreement.
In a March 15 announcement, Permobil said the renewal maintains the company’s role as exclusive distributor of Vicair products in the United States.
Chuck Witkowski, President of Permobil Americas, said in the announcement, “The inclusion of Vicair in our product line is key to meeting the varied needs of individuals and complements the ROHO and Comfort cushion options. Permobil and Vicair have a shared commitment to end users, and we are happy to continue providing this unique seating solution to the Americas market.”
Permobil currently distributes Vicair Adjuster O2, Active O2 Low, and Vector O2 seat cushions.
Vicair CEO and founder Max Rogmans said of the renewed agreement, “We feel honored to have this renewed partnership with Permobil. We believe that together we can support the U.S. market in a way that can help shape and improve the healthcare environment and provide optimal care for every individual in need of an excellent seating solution.”
