SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Industry veteran Hymie Pogir has joined National Seating & Mobility, CEO Mike Ballard announced at the company’s annual symposium last week.
To great applause, Ballard broke the news to the rehab company’s RTS’s, gathered for NSM’s yearly educational conference and business meeting. After the announcement, an NSM RTS described Pogir as “the integrity” of the rehab industry.
Bill Noelting, NSM’s chief information officer and VP of marketing, said among Pogir’s projects will be product selection for NSM, who is examining the number of manufacturers it currently works with and is intent on streamlining its equipment-ordering processes for its many branches nationwide.
Pogir’s resume includes tenures at Invacare Corp., Stealth Products and Sunrise Medical.
