Pride Mobility Launches My VivaLift! Lift Chair App
New app gives caregivers the opportunity to help to operate and adjust VivaLift! models.

August 12, 2024 by Laurie Watanabe

My VivaLift! app is shown on a tablet.Pride Mobility Products’ latest launch aims to make it easier for family members and caregivers to help to operate and adjust the manufacturer’s VivaLift! power recliners.

In an Aug. 8 news announcement, the new My VivaLift! app makes it “possible for users to control their VivaLift! power recliners (Ultra, Radiance, and all Viva-2 models) straight from their tablet or smartphone. The app can be shared with loved ones or caregivers so that they may assist from their own preferred device, and up to five memory positions can be saved through the app, along with other features.”

The My VivaLift! app was created “to make it easier than ever for a user to find that perfect resting position or adjust the chair to their liking and offers a convenient alternative to using the hand control,” the announcement added.

Once downloaded, the app displays the same lift chair functions that are featured on the lift chair’s hand control. The app also features sliders for a heat option (for Ultra and Radiance collections) and massage (Ultra).

Functionality access can be shared with others who have the app, which can be customized in settings such as theme, font size, and notification preferences. The lift chairs can be operated seamlessly via either hand control or the app.
