Rehab Medical has announced three promotions within its leadership team.

“These newly created leadership roles are part of 33 promotions that have occurred across the company in the first half of 2026, reflecting Rehab Medical’s ongoing commitment to developing internal talent while supporting continued growth and innovation,” the company said.
In a July 16 news announcement, the Indianapolis-based Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) provider congratulated Ryan Weinrich, Matt Gottfried and Amanda Andis, all promoted to vice president.
Weinrich, now the vice president of field operations, joined the provider more than five years ago and had served as senior director of field operations. “In that role, his consistency and commitment drove him to create structure, clarity and service excellence within satellite offices across the organization,” the announcement said. “This played a critical role in the company’s growth and success. As vice president of field operations, Weinrich will focus on building strong foundations to support growth, developing talent internally, setting teams up for long-term success, and creating clear career paths for employees.”

Weinrich “has already made improvements to support leadership development,” Rehab Medical noted, adding that he added six leadership roles to his team.
“I’m excited to work on long-term strategies and big-picture initiatives that improve our operations and make our company a better place for both employees and patients,” Weinrich said.
Matt Gottfried is now Rehab Medical’s vice president of marketing, having joined the provider almost eight years ago as its first marketing employee. That team is now a dozen strong, and the company noted, “His dedication and commitment to improving lives have helped Rehab Medical achieve widespread brand recognition, strong industry credibility, and exceptional employee communications.”
In his new role, Gottfried will focus more intently on refining marketing campaigns to align them with sales goals; strengthening communication channels for Rehab Medical’s team and its clients; and bridging gaps between sales and marketing team members.

Amanda Andis is the company’s new vice president of revenue cycle management. She began her tenure with Rehab Medical in 2024 and “has driven meaningful improvements in cash collections, built a strong and accountable team, and led several process improvement initiatives that are setting a better foundation for how the organization operates,” the company noted. “As vice president of revenue cycle, Andis will bring the full revenue cycle together by overseeing each of its departments, including initial billing, payment posting, patient data administration, and payment analysis.”
“One of our biggest opportunities is continuing to look at revenue cycle as a unified process rather than a series of individual functions,” Andis said. “Many of the challenges we see downstream can be traced back to opportunities earlier in the process. Greater visibility and collaboration across teams will better position us to identify and address issues at the source.”
