Rehab Medical has been named 2026 Partner of the Year by New Hope of Indiana, a nonprofit community “dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to live their most fulfilling lives.”
The Indianapolis-based Complex Rehab Technology provider accepted the award during New Hope of Indiana’s yearly Silver Cup Celebration on Aug. 12.
Amanda Andis, Rehab Medical’s vice president of revenue cycle management, represented the company at the event and was joined by members of her team.
Established in 1978, New Hope of Indiana supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. New Hope of Indiana offers residential services, transition services, day programming, vocational services, family and community services, behavior services to help with social skills and self advocacy, and the early-intervention PLAY Project for children with autism and other neurodivergent children.
New Hope’s Partner of the Year award “recognizes organizations that demonstrate exceptional commitment to New Hope’s mission through financial support, volunteer engagement, and meaningful partnership,” Rehab Medical noted in an Aug. 13 announcement.
Since 2024, Rehab Medical has donated $16,750 to New Hope of Indiana, and 83 employees of Rehab Medical’s revenue cycle, human resources and purchasing teams have done volunteer work for New Hope.
“Since our first introduction in 2024, Rehab Medical’s support has never been limited to one event, one sponsorship, or one moment of generosity,” Allison Wharry, CEO of New Hope of Indiana, said in the announcement. “Their team members have volunteered in our homes, completed beautification projects, and invested their time and energy in the individuals we serve. They come ready to serve, but also ready to listen, learn and be changed by the people they meet. New Hope is stronger because of partners like Rehab Medical.”
