Rehab Medical has launched RISE, an employee-focused personal and professional development program.
“This unified approach to employee success is built around six key pillars: mental, physical and financial health; skill building; career growth; and leadership,” the national provider said in a Sept. 16 press release. “These pillars are designed to support employees in their pursuit of discovering their best self both personally and professionally.”
The personal development portion of the program “supports employee health, peace of mind and programs designed to enhance overall quality of the life,” Rehab Medical said. Segments within the personal development program include mental health, physical health and financial health.
The professional development portion “provides tools and resources for employees to strengthen skills, build confidence, and create career opportunities,” Rehab Medical added. Segments within the professional development sphere are skill building, career growth and leadership.
The provider explained that the RISE initiative thinks outside the box in supporting and nurturing Rehab Medical team members.
“Unlike traditional employee benefits that focus primarily on health insurance, retirement plans and related offerings, RISE extends support by prioritizing overall employee growth,” the announcement said. “The program emphasizes personal and professional development, long-term career support within the company, and access to free resources that address mental, physical and financial well-being.”
In addition to the RISE initiative, which was introduced earlier this year, Rehab Medical has launched the Next Step Skill Building program, a six-month course that focuses on “enhancing both soft and hard skills to increase confidence and effectiveness in employees’ current roles.” The first Next Step Skill Building class had nearly 40 participants.
The company said it “plans to continue adding programs and resources within RISE to further support employees.” Details about Rehab Medical’s resources and job opportunities can be found on the company’s careers page.
