Rehab Medical’s Parent Company Acquires Bodi Buzz Wellness Brand
Both Rehab Industries and Bodi Buzz are based in Indianapolis.

February 25, 2026 by Laurie Watanabe

Rehab Industries, the parent company of Rehab Medical, has acquired Bodi Buzz, “a wellness brand and urban farm dedicated to restoring health, self-sufficiency and cultural connection through regenerative agriculture, holistic wellness and community education.”

Rehab Industries and Bodi Buzz are both based in Indianapolis.

“Bodi Buzz represents exactly the kind of mission-driven organization we are proud to support,” said Patrick McGinley, CEO of Rehab Industries, in a Feb. 24 announcement. “Their commitment to restoring health, self-sufficiency, and cultural connection through urban agriculture is not only inspiring, but transformative for the Indianapolis community.”

Founded in 2022, Bodi Buzz “was built on a simple but powerful belief: communities thrive when they have direct access to nourishing food, holistic health education and the knowledge to sustain themselves,” the announcement said. “What began with fresh organic produce, cold-pressed juices, herbal teas and natural remedies has evolved into a thriving urban farm operation that transforms underutilized spaces into living ecosystems of healing and empowerment.”

The company’s goal for 2026 is to produce more than 15,000 lbs. of fresh, locally grown food.

“Having access to expanded resources through this new relationship with Rehab Industries accelerates our ability to do what we do best — serve the community through agriculture, education, and wellness initiatives,” said Bodi Buzz founder David Johnson. “It allows us to increase production, reach more families, and build systems that make healthy living more accessible and sustainable for the long term.”

The company also provides hands-on workshops, education on sustainable farming, and culturally rooted programming. Recent blog entries have focused on mental health awareness, empowering Black farmers, reversing food insecurity, and fighting allergies.

“The alignment between Rehab Industries and Bodi Buzz is grounded in a shared commitment to improving lives,” the announcement said. “While Rehab Industries brings infrastructure and strategic support, the heart of this announcement remains centered on Bodi Buzz and its unwavering dedication to community transformation through land, learning and nourishment.”
