Relaunched: NCART Unveils Redesigned Web Sites

April 14, 2021 by Laurie Watanabe

NCART has relaunched its two Web sites, both redesigned to help Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) industry professionals and consumers to quickly access resources while staying up to date with funding, policy, and advocacy efforts.

The navigation for the main NCART site includes the topical choices About Us, Federal Issues, State Issues, Membership, Blog, and Resources.

A secondary navigation area has shortcuts to Get CRT Updates, Upcoming Events, Find a Supplier, and Video Gallery.

The site houses a robust library of Resources, many of which are shareable to help industry advocates to educate others about the industry. Those resources include CRT Facts and Figures; pdfs that explain the CRT Delivery Process and CRT Order Workflow; and CRT Mobility and Accessory Comparisons. The Resources page also helps visitors to identify their Members of Congress.

On the companion Access2CRT Web site, the main navigation bar features the choices About Us, Advocacy Priorities, Protect My Mobility, Educational Materials, Helpful Links, and News — in keeping with the site’s main audience of consumers and caregivers.

The Educational Materials page includes a roster of worksheets, position papers and letters that can teach consumers and caregivers about the CRT provision process, and give them facts and figures to share with elected officials and policy makers.

The two Web sites have design similarities, including repeated color accents, that tie them together. The NCART site, while aimed primarily at industry professionals, is designed and organized to be accessible to CRT consumers and families as well.

The new NCART and Access2CRT Web sites are now available for viewing.
