Reliable Medical has acquired Certified Seating and Mobility, a Smyrna, Georgia-based seating and wheeled mobility provider founded by Rullie Hallman, ATP, CRTS, and Noelle Hallman, ATP.

In a press release posted to social media by Seven Hills Capital on Feb. 19, Reliable Medical, based in Nashville, Tennessee, said the acquisition “aims to streamline service delivery and support throughout Georgia, leveraging Reliable Medical’s established national presence for greater efficiency and accessibility.”

Reliable Medical is a portfolio company of Seven Hills Capital.

“We are thrilled to welcome the Certified Seating and Mobility team to the Reliable family,” CEO Charles Sargeant said in the announcement. “Noelle and Rullie have built a strong business centered around exceptional service and community, which aligns perfectly with our people-first culture. This acquisition enables us to further expand our industry-leading service and innovative approach into a key market.”

Founded in 2015, Certified Seating and Mobility provides manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, repair services, and speech-generating devices. Its team comprises ATPs, speech-language pathologists, custom wheelchair specialists, and CRT technicians.
