Reliable Medical Is a Minnesota Top Workplaces Winner

July 7, 2021 by Laurie Watanabe

Reliable Medical has been named a Top Workplaces 2021 winner in Minnesota for the seventh consecutive year. The award is from the Star Tribune, a Minneapolis-based newspaper.

Reliable Medical CEO Katie Stevens said in a news announcement, “We are honored to maintain this recognition, as supporting our Reliamed family and remaining an employer of choice in our industry is an important goal for our organization. We endeavor to improve all of the lives we touch, and our mission expands beyond just the quality of life of our customers, to that of our team members.”

Energate LLC, a third-party employee engagement technology provider, gathered survey information from Reliable Medical employees on factors including alignment, coaching, engagement, leadership, performance, pay/compensation, benefits, and flexibility. Surveys were filled out anonymously.

Reliable Medical specializes in mobility, Complex Rehab Technology, clinical respiratory equipment, and DME. The company has 10 branch offices in Minnesota, Ohio, and Kentucky. Half of Reliable Medical’s 150 employees work in the provider’s Minneapolis corporate office.
