The Rehabilitation Engineering & Assistive Technology Society of North America (RESNA) has appointed an Interim Executive Director — and she’s a familiar face to complex rehab technology stakeholders.
In a Jan. 14 news announcement, RESNA said Andrea Van Hook has joined the organization, effective immediately.
Van Hook was RESNA’s Membership, Marketing and Communications Manager from 2011 to 2016.
In addition to her time at RESNA, Van Hook worked in healthcare operations and management at Smithbucklin, and was the marketing, communications and public relations director for L.A. Care Health Plan.
