Industry veteran Russ Rolt has joined the sales team for power seating and power wheelchair manufacturer Amylior.
Rolt announced via a Sept. 15 social media post that he was the company’s new vice president of sales in the United States and internationally.
Amylior confirmed the news in a Sept. 18 social media post, saying it was “thrilled” to add Rolt to its team.
“With years of leadership in the U.S. and global markets, Russ brings extensive sales expertise in Complex Rehab Technology and a proven record of driving growth,” the announcement said. “We’re confident his experience will strengthen partnerships and expand Amylior’s international presence.”
Rolt most recently served as Permobil’s director of strategic products after Permobil acquired PDG Mobility in September 2023. Rolt was PDG’s director of sales.
Prior to PDG, Rolt was the vice president of sales and business development for Active Controls, which specialized in power wheelchair driving controls.
Amylior, based in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec, also sells CG Air wheelchair seat cushions and Stella rollators. Last month, Amylior President M. Eric Dugas announced that the company signed a partnership agreement to distribute Ormesa’s Bug, Grillo and Juditta product lines.
