Supercast to Feature Anterior Tilt, Pediatric Mobility

August 19, 2015 by Mobility Management

A free Aug. 25 double-Webcast will feature clinical presentations on the benefits of anterior tilt, plus current research on pediatric mobility.

The two-hour Webcast is being presented by Mobility Management free of charge thanks to sponsorship from Permobil.

Permobil clinical education specialist Magdalena Love, OTR, ATP, will be the presenter. Each of the two clinical presentations will be followed by a live Q&A session.

Attendees can register just once to be enrolled in both Webcasts, which can be viewed live on Tues., Aug. 25, starting at 1 p.m. Eastern/10 a.m. Pacific. Or attendees can instead view one or both Webinars on demand beginning on Wed., Aug. 26.

The anterior tilt Webcast will discuss the many clinical and functional benefits of this power positioning option, including capabilities that can’t be achieved using seat elevation alone. Funding options for anterior tilt will also be covered.

The pediatric mobility Webcast will present current research on the benefits of early mobility for children, as well as advice on convincing reluctant caregivers to consider wheeled mobility as an option that supports cognitive, social and emotional development.
