TAG Debuts New Web Site

June 1, 2011 by Laurie Watanabe

The Aftermarket Group (TAG) is launching an updated and improved Web site (aftermarketgroup.com).

Among the new features, according to a news announcement, are improved navigation abilities — including the ability to search by part number, manufacturer and product category. Additional Web site benefits will include Medicare codes, extended product descriptions, images of parts and accessories, tire installation videos, instruction sheets in pdf format, current specials and MSRP/provider pricing.

“As business becomes increasingly digital, a company’s Web site takes on even greater importance in delivering customer and product information online and providing a wonderful customer experience,” said Aftermarket Group VP Sean Kharche. “The new TAG Web site makes finding the right replacement parts and equipment easy and offers the high level of expertise and service you’ve come to expect. We will continue to add easy-to-use features, functionality and enhancements that deliver a best-in-class customer experience.”

The new Web site will also offer industry resources, such as information on news, events and parts/accessories.
