Desiree Trimble
VGM & Associates has announced a new vice president of marketing.
Desiree Trimble will take over the position on Nov. 17, replacing Mandi Rogers, who has been named vice president of events for VGM Group.
Trimble has more than two decades of experience in marketing, communications and creative strategy, and has served VGM Group for more than 20 years, the member services organization said in a Nov. 10 news announcement.
She has held the positions of creative director, marketing strategist and most recently was VGM Group’s director of corporate communications and events. VGM noted that Trimble “is known for her ability to craft compelling narratives, lead high-impact campaigns, and foster meaningful connections across teams and audiences.”
“Desiree’s creative leadership, strategic mindset, and passion for storytelling have been instrumental in shaping VGM’s voice and brand presence,” said Lindy Tentinger, VGM & Associates president. “As a long-time employee owner with deep industry experience and strong relationships across our membership and vendor partners, Desiree is uniquely positioned to elevate our marketing and communications strategy at VGM & Associates.”
“I’m honored to step into this new role and continue serving the VGM community,” Trimble said. “I look forward to amplifying the voices of our members and teams and driving communications that inspire connection and growth.”
Rogers’ new responsibilities will include focusing on creative alignment and consistency across VGM’s event portfolio “with a strong emphasis on elevating the customer experience,” VGM added.
