October 20, 2024 by Laurie Watanabe

VGM & Associates is now accepting proposals from industry members for educational presentations at the VGM Heartland Conference in 2025.

In an Oct. 17 announcement, VGM said it’s seeking expert presenters on a range of topics of importance to home medical equipment (HME) and Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) providers.

“New this year are revamped education tracks, including billing and compliance, business operations, Complex Rehab Technology, leadership and people strategy, respiratory, sales, marketing, and retail, technology and security, and specialty markets such as women’s health, wound care, government and more,” VGM’s announcement said.

“We are thrilled to announce that the call for speakers for the Heartland Conference 2025 is now open until Dec. 1, 2024,” said Arienne Martinez, Heartland’s education chair. “We are also excited to share that in response to the ever-evolving climate of the industry, we have revamped our educational tracks to better address current trends. We understand the importance of providing relevant educational content to support industry professionals, and we are confident that these sessions will enhance attendees’ Heartland experience.”

Heartland returns to the Waterloo Convention Center on June 9-11 in Waterloo, Iowa. Based on attendance from past conferences, VGM is expecting more than 1,000 industry professionals to come to Waterloo next year.
