VGM Heartland Conference Highlights Full Range of Activities

April 19, 2022 by Laurie Watanabe

The VGM Group hopes that Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) and DME professionals come to the 2022 Heartland Conference for its full slate of educational offerings… and also for the chance to pet a kangaroo.

In an April 13 news announcement, the Heartland Conference team said the event’s educational sessions will be complemented by a range of networking and social opportunities taking place June 13-15 in Waterloo, Iowa.

Jill Blaser, Heartland’s Conference Chair, said in the announcement, “We know many of our Heartland attendees come to Iowa from all over the country, so we love to showcase the best of our state. Beyond our jam-packed agenda, attendees are usually delighted by a few surprises as well.”

Among the extracurricular options on the agenda: touring Hansen’s Dairy, a local farm-to-table business where visitors can tour the farm, meet kangaroos and milk cows.

Heartland 2022 will feature an enhanced educational schedule, with an expanded list of three-hour educational workshops. A new Morning Buzz session will feature education from CRT experts.
