Chris Rose
VGM & Associates has announced an addition and a promotion to its member success team.
In an April 10 press release, VGM said Chris Rose had been promoted to become director of member key accounts, effective April 8.
Rose, who previously served as a regional account manager, will now “focus on strengthening business relationships between members and vendor partners to operate more efficiently and increase profitability,” the announcement said. Rose — who will also continue as the regional account manager for Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee — succeeds Kelly Wolf, who retired at the end of March.

VGM also announced that Matthew Flaherty has been made a regional account manager for Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas. Flaherty, who joined VGM in June 2010, has most recently served as director of sales for VGM Fulfillment.
“We are thrilled to welcome Matthew Flaherty to the VGM & Associates member success team to serve our VGM members in the southern region,” said Dave Lyman, senior VP of sales. “His background in sales at VGM Fulfillment is incredibly valuable in our goals of serving our VGM members and providing the solutions necessary to thrive in our industry.”
