About Our Speakers

Julie JacksonJulie Jackson is the director of Rehab Channel Marketing at Invacare Corp. Julie's career with Invacare spans 13 years and has encompassed several roles within marketing, product development and business development. Julie's most recent product launch is the TDX SP2. Julie holds her bachelor's degree from Baldwin-Wallace University and MBA from Cleveland State University.

Michael BabinecMichael Babinec, OTR/L, ABDA, ATP, is a licensed occupational therapist with 39 years of experience in rehabilitation, seating and mobility. Currently, he is Invacare’s manager of clinical education; previous responsibilities include global product manager for power wheelchair electronics. He is a RESNA-certified ATP and Senior Disability Analyst/Diplomate on the American Board of Disability Analysts. He has lectured extensively at regional, national and international workshops, conferences and symposiums on seating and positioning, custom seating, power and manual mobility, clinical applications and reimbursement Issues.
