Drive-Wheel Configuration: Do We Know What We Know?

As an industry, what do we know about front-, rear- and mid-wheel drive-wheel configurations for complex rehab power chair users? And on what are we basing our knowledge?

Quantum Rehab has been investigating that question by talking to CRT clinicians and providers, running power wheelchair chair test drives, and collecting industry data. In this Webinar, Julie Piriano, PT, ATP/SMS, VP of Clinical Education and Rehab Industry Affairs & Compliance Officer for Pride Mobility Products Corp., shares those findings to help providers and clinicians further understand how to optimally match a wheelchair user’s height, weight, body shape, activities and everyday environments with the best drive-wheel configurations.

Don’t miss this free CEU opportunity for seating and mobility clinicians, providers and service/repair technicians, as well as funding specialists, case managers, social workers and other members of the seating and mobility assessment team.
