An efficient documentation process is key to creating a service delivery workflow that gets Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) seating and wheeled mobility to the consumers who need it.
But while efficiency is an admirable goal, the CRT justification process is a lengthy one, with steps that include the clinical evaluation, client visits and fittings, equipment trials, and home assessments. Then there’s the ordering process, and providing the documentation to successfully justify the equipment.
Mobility Management spoke with Bill Paul, CEO of ATLAS Technology Group, and Joe McKnight, ATP/SMS, CRTS, to discuss streamlining the documentation process and how improving documentation efficiency can benefit everyone involved in the CRT process.
