Drive DeVilbiss to Launch New Web Site

June 25, 2018 by Laurie Watanabe

Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare will be launching a new Web site this summer that the DME manufacturer describes as state of the art.

In a June 21 news announcement, the Port Washington, N.Y.-based company said the new site aims to improve providers’ efficiency and “to provide faster, more efficient 24/7 account access, enabling customers to self‐serve most of their needs.”

Ed Link, Drive’s Chief Marketing Officer, said of the new site, “The features of our new Account Management Dashboard will allow providers to self service their entire Drive account online. We want to empower our customers to take control of their business and do it their way.”

Providers can use the new site to generate quotes, check on estimated delivery charges and delivery dates, quick-order products, track their shipments, make payments, and process returns. Drive further said the new site features user-friendly navigation and is designed to be compatible with current Internet browsers and mobile devices, so providers can access their information at any time, wherever they are. Improved search functions will provide site visitors with more accurate and relevant information on Drive DeVilbiss products.

Live chat and technical support resources will also be available on the new site.

Link added, “We are continually working to enhance our customers’ experience with us and take pride in giving them options for improving their business.”
