Golden Technologies Introduces Cricket LT Carbon Travel Power Wheelchair
The new travel power chair was designed to be cost effective.

Three-quarters view of the Cricket LT GP309 travel power chair facing right and toward the camera.Golden Technologies has launched the Cricket LT GP309, a folding, carbon fiber power wheelchair that weighs just 25.8 lbs. without its battery, cushion and drink holder.

In a July 1 announcement, Golden, based in Old Forge, Pennsylvania, said the Cricket LT GP309 was designed with cost effectiveness in mind.

The Cricket LT GP309 folds side to side into a 12-inch profile to facilitate the chair’s transport and storage. The Cricket LT GP309 uses an “airline-friendly” lithium-ion battery, a contoured memory foam seat cushion, and a battery carry bag. It has a 300-lb. weight capacity and a top speed of 3.7 mph, with an operating range of 9.5 miles.

The seat width and depth are 18×18 inches. The Cricket LT GP309 features flip-up armrests to facilitate transfers, flat-free tires, and 2-inch anti-tip wheels.
