Braun Corp. Announces Customer Service Awards

The Braun Corp. has announced recipients of its latest customer service awards.

The Customer 1st Awards honor mobility dealers for outstanding customer service survey results.

The Ability Center (abilitycenter.com) has three locations in California (Orange County, Sacramento and San Diego), one in Nevada (Las Vegas) and two in Arizona (Phoenix and Tucson). Founded in 1994, The Ability Center provides wheelchair vans and automotive accessibility equipment in addition to seating & mobility equipment.

Kevin Phillips, CRTS, ATP/SMS, San Diego Ability Center, is a current member of Mobility Management’s editorial advisory board.

Performance Mobility (performancemobility.com) in Portland, Ore., has been serving the mobility market for nearly 20 years. The company provides wheelchair-accessible vehicles, vehicle lifts and adaptive automotive driving controls.

Braun Corp. President Nick Gutwein said of the award winners, “Our customers rely on their dealers to provide a sales and service experience that addresses their unique needs. These dealers have gone above and beyond in meeting their customers’ needs and building life-long relationships with them.”
