NHIC Corp., the Jurisdiction A DME MAC, has a new way to communicate with providers.
On Fridays from 10 a.m. till 12 noon Eastern time, NHIC will operate Live Line, described as a “Web-based chat capability which enables our suppliers the opportunity to directly contact NHIC representatives during designated hours.”
NHIC says the first sessions will give providers the chance to direct billing, policy, documentation and other questions to the Outreach & Education Team.
Future sessions will feature representatives from additional Jurisdiction A areas.
To participate, providers can visit NHIC’s Events & Seminars Web page. Providers can also register in advance for the Live Line sessions so that the events will be added to their personal calendars. Visit the Events & Seminars page to check for minimum system requirements.
