National Seating & Mobility (NSM) has earned the Gold Seal of Approval for Home Care from The Joint Commission.
In a news announcement, NSM CEO Bill Mixon said, “NSM is pleased to receive reaccreditation from The Joint Commission, a unique and prestigious honor well worth our company’s time and investment. Team members throughout our organization strive to provide exceptional care and ensure the continued health and safety of our clients. As one of the only representatives in our industry approved by The Joint Commission, we hope to inspire others to join us in a universal effort to prioritize standards and measures of quality needed and deserved by those we serve.”
NSM has been accredited by The Joint Commission since 2006.
For this latest accreditation, finalized in December, 20 NSM locations nationwide underwent a month-long survey process.
NSM’s annual Seating Symposium takes place this week in Orlando, Fla.
