Sunrise Medical’s Nitrum ultralightweight manual wheelchair is still new to the market… but already, the manufacturer has announced new options, designed to expand the chair’s configuration range.
In a news release, Sunrise Medical announced a new dual-tube Hybrid frame, described as offering “the highest rigidity and strength.”
, weighing 12.8 lbs. with an ultra-rigid dual-tube frame and a full range of adjustability, plus a user weight capacity of 300 lbs. </p>
<p>— <strong>Active Rigid</strong>: Available for both frames, the optional fixed welded backrest and axle stems increase frame stiffness, reduce moving parts, and save even more weight.</p>
