Here’s your chance to show off your artistic skills while also advocating for greater representation and inclusion for people with disabilities.
United Spinal Association is holding a photo contest, with the goal of supporting “diverse and authentic representation of the disability community through the content we share.”
In the announcement, United Spinal added, “We are tired of generic images that feature actors in hospital wheelchairs and need your help to collect genuine images.”
The photo contest is looking for entries in the Lifestyle; Family and Friends; Fitness and Outdoor Recreation; Transportation; Disability Specific; and Tech and Accessibility categories.
