Cody Verrett
Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) veteran Cody Verrett is the new vice president of sales for Permobil Americas, the CRT manufacturer said in a Sept. 30 news announcement.
Verrett has worked for manufacturers and CRT providers for nearly three decades and “brings a deep understanding of the market and strong credibility with clinicians, customers and partners,” Permobil said in a Sept. 30 news announcement.
“Since joining Permobil in 2021 as vice president and general manager of Permobil Americas, Cody Verrett has played a pivotal role in driving innovation and product development — most notably leading the creation of two ultralight manual wheelchairs, the TiLite X and TiLite Z,” the announcement added. “Launched less than a year ago, these chairs have set a new industry benchmark not only in performance and quality, but also in manufacturing technology, offering the fastest turnaround time from order to delivery while maintaining unmatched durability and standard features.”
Verrett succeeds Todd Walling, who was announced as the new president of Permobil Americas in August.
“Cody brings a wealth of industry expertise and a proven track record of delivering results at Permobil,” Walling said. “More importantly, he understands what it takes to position us as the go-to resource for our customers, users and partners. With Cody at the helm of our sales organization, we will deepen relationships, simplify the buying experience, and set the standard for speed and service across power, manual and seating.”
Prior to joining Permobil, Verrett served as vice president of American sales for ultralightweight wheelchair manufacturer Motion Composites and president of ROVI Mobility Products, among other positions.

In a social media post, Verrett added, “Over the past 28 years, I’ve dedicated my career to Complex Rehab Technology sales. I’ve been a competitor, a customer and since 2021 a proud team member at Permobil. What drives me every day is our mission and the people we serve. I’m excited to keep learning, growing and pushing boundaries.”
