Etac has notified stakeholders that implementing a new Enterprise Resource Planning system for Convaid products will temporarily cause delivery delays.
In a March 11 reminder, Etac said it’s “been working diligently over the past year” to implement the new system for Convaid’s manufacturing site. “The modern manufacturing system will provide fundamental order information to better serve you,” the announcement said. “To establish a successful foundation for this, there will be a temporary delay on customer orders.”
Convaid orders received from March 14, 2022, through April 2022 “are expected to have five to 10 days of extended lead time,” the announcement said. “The new ship dates will be reflected on your order confirmation.”
Etac added that the delay is temporary and encouraged stakeholders with questions to reach out to their Territory Sales Managers or call (844) US MOBILITY.
