National Seating & Mobility (NSM) has acquired All-Ways Accessible, headquartered in Concord, N.H.
In a May 25 news announcement, NSM described All-Ways Accessible as “the home accessibility market leader in New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine.”
All-Ways Accessible was founded by Jeff Lavoie, a 30-year industry veteran. The company provides residential elevators, stairlifts, patient lifts, vertical platform lifts, and modular ramps.
Bill Mixon, NSM’s CEO, said of the acquisition, “The All-Ways Accessible team has an established reputation of excellence in the northeast, and we’re pleased to build upon those services through this acquisition. Mobility often goes beyond the chair, and NSM is committed to helping customers find solutions in their home or on the go. We’re proud to continue expanding holistic mobility and accessibility options throughout New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine.”
Lavoie and 15 additional employees of All-Ways Accessible will transition to NSM.
