Numotion Announces New CEO

The board of directors at Numotion, complex rehab’s largest provider, has named Mike Swinford the company’s new CEO.

According to a July 25 news announcement, Swinford most recently had a 22-year career at GE, primarily within GE Healthcare Services. His last title was president/CEO of GE Healthcare Global Services.

Numotion Executive Chairman Bob Gouy said in the announcement, “As a veteran of the complex rehab industry, I am truly excited to add a leader like Mike to Numotion’s management team and to the industry. Mike’s energy and passion around our mission and his leadership skills will serve us well as Numotion and our industry face the challenges and opportunities of a rapidly changing healthcare environment.”

Of his new position, Swinford said, “I am thrilled to join Numotion. I look forward to helping our employees continue and enhance the great service we provide to our customers, their families and our referral sources. The company’s mission and growth opportunities are the principal reasons I joined the Numotion team.”
