Numotion Launches Redesigned Website with Enhanced Accessibility
The new design is more intuitive and mobile-device friendly.

September 8, 2025 by Laurie Watanabe

Numotion has launched an updated website that “reflects Numotion’s commitment to customer experience, accessibility and innovation in serving the mobility and independence community.”

“At Numotion, everything we do starts with the customer in mind,” said Chief Marketing Officer Bret Barczak in a Sept. 4 news announcement. “This new website is more than just a facelift. It’s about ensuring that anyone who engages with us online has a simple, accessible and meaningful experience. It gives us a powerful platform to keep our customers informed on the latest ways Numotion is working to better serve them, as well as better share our mission, our services and the incredible impact of our employees and customers in the communities we serve.”

The redesign, the provider added, aims to makes connecting with Numotion “faster, easier and more intuitive.” The website features an “accessibility first” design to be inclusive and user friendly for all visitors. The new design was also created to be easy to use on tablets and phones, with “improved navigation and faster load times across devices, creating a seamless experience.”

The Service & Repair section of the website explains service options — in-shop or remote — and enables wheelchair riders to find the nearest Numotion location by entering their cities or ZIP codes. The Resources section offers support ranging from Pro Tips for wheelchair riders and their families, to courses and events for medical professionals.

Numotion supports more than 500,000 customers per year, with 150 offices in the United States and approximately 3,000 employees, including more than 450 Assistive Technology Professionals (ATPs). On Sept. 2, Numotion announced it had completed its acquisition of Motion, a provider with 46 locations in Canada.
