Rehab Medical has been once again named to the Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies list — the fifth time the Indianapolis-based Complex Rehab Technology company has earned that honor.
“Following its 48% growth in comparison to last year’s 77% growth, Rehab Medical rose in rank from 4,326 to 4,309 on Inc. 5000’s 2026 list,” the provider said in an Aug. 18 announcement. Rehab Medical attributed its rise in ranking to the launch of its RISE initiative, which focuses on employees’ personal and professional development, and to the company’s new Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) development program, providing “a comprehensive training pathway designed to prepare employees for the ATP certification career path.”
Rehab Medical credited the new initiatives as driving the 33 promotions announced across the company in the first half of 2026. Three of the promotions involved leadership roles “aimed at supporting operational initiatives and strategic growth.”
“Receiving this award reflects the strength of our growth and the people behind it,” said Rehab Medical President Kevin Gearheart. “By investing in our team and developing leaders from within, we are building a stronger company and improving outcomes for the patients we serve.”
Inc. said the companies on this year’s Inc. 5000 list “are ranked according to their percentage revenue growth over three years, from 2022 to 2025. To qualify, companies must be privately held, for-profit, based in the U.S., and independent — not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies — as of December 31, 2025. The minimum revenue requirement is $100,000 for 2022 and $2 million for 2025.”
