Jason Foggiano
Rehab Medical has named Jason Foggiano to be its new chief operating officer.
In a Sept. 16 news announcement, the Indianapolis-based Complex Rehab Technology provider described Foggiano as a healthcare industry veteran who “spent more than half of his career at American Specialty Health, where he served as senior vice president of operations before advancing to COO.”
American Specialty Health provides health plans and employer groups with musculoskeletal care solutions and fitness programs to improve the health of their members and employees. While with the company, Foggiano “implemented large-scale performance strategies and operational improvements that helped grow American Specialty Health’s revenue from $300 million to $850 million,” Rehab Medical said.
In his new position, Foggiano will first head Rehab Medical’s customer service and business support teams, “allowing him to evaluate operational challenges, identify bottlenecks, and better understand how they impact the organization,” the announcement said. In the next phase, Rehab Medical’s insurance, revenue cycle and field operations will begin reporting to Foggiano, “enabling him to build scalable operating models, align cross-functional teams, and strengthen organizational culture and capabilities.”

Rehab Medical serves more than 22,000 patients each year in 19 states.
