ROHO Announces Personnel Moves

The ROHO Group has announced a pair of key promotions, as well as a new addition to its market research team.
Linda Rains has been promoted to the position of ROHO’s new director of Customer Support & Logistics. Rains assumes leadership of ROHO’s domestic and international customer support teams and will manage ROHO’s relationship with its international warehouse contractor. She has been with ROHO for 12 years.

Carla Emke has been promoted to domestic customer service manager. Emke will provide leadership for ROHO’s customer service team, insure quality and efficiency of department tasks and processes and address support issues and needs of the company’s domestic customers. She has been with ROHO for three years.

Joining ROHO is Market Research and Business Analyst Denise Arriaga. Her duties will include teaming with segment and product leaders to quantify business opportunities for current and new products, and analyzing and monitoring market trends and opportunities. Arriaga most recently worked at PepsiCo Foods/Frito-Lay North America.
